What you'll do
This role is for someone with hands‑on experience managing Paid Media campaigns who wants to grow by working across multiple platforms and markets — and who uses AI as a core part of how they work. You'll be operating inside Latin America's fastest‑growing company (ranked by the Financial Times) in a team that is actively building AI‑native workflows into everything we do.
Responsibilities
- Launch, monitor and perform quality assurance of campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
- Set up tracking and attribution according to internal guidelines — including AI‑assisted tagging validation and anomaly detection.
- Use AI tools daily to accelerate campaign work: generating ad copy variants, summarizing performance data, building audience hypotheses, and drafting creative briefs.
