We’re looking for a performance-driven Paid Ads Manager to own and scale paid acquisition for a growing accounting automation firm. This organization helps businesses modernize financial operations through workflow optimization, system design, and smarter use of tools like QuickBooks Online. Positioned within the accounting advisory space, it blends financial expertise with automation-first thinking to reduce manual work and improve operational clarity. This role will lead paid strategy across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google. You will manage technical campaign setup, performance optimization, and creative testing. The environment is lean, focused, and metrics-driven. We are looking for someone who can operate independently, build structured campaigns from the ground up, and continuously refine performance through disciplined experimentation.
