Position Description

The Delivery Helper assists the Delivery Driver in the safe, timely, and accurate delivery of pet products , particularly cat litter, dog food, and other pet-related supplies , as well as general goods to customers, retail partners, and distributors. This role focuses on proper handling of pet products, loading and unloading assistance, and ensuring product quality and customer satisfaction during deliveries.
