Job Responsibilities

• To timely process pagibig loans.
• To timely review completeness of requirements of accounts with loan approval, collect post compliances from buyers.
• To regularly update the monitoring files for coordination and alignment of status per account.
• To provide quality and efficient customer service to out internal and external clients.

Job Requirements

• Graduate of any business course, preferably Business Administration or Finance
• With at least 1 year of working experience in the real estate industry.
• Knowledge in pagibig/bank financing process
• Proficient in MS Office Applications and SAP
• Good communication skills, both oral and written
• Highly organized and keen to details
• Willing to report in Makati city
