**Job Description**
The Packer accurately processes and ships small package orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment while following safety and operational procedures. This role uses shipping software to prepare FedEx and UPS labels, ensures same-day shipment of eligible orders, and helps maintain an organized, clean, and safe packing area.
**Responsibilities**
+ Process and ship small package orders ranging from approximately 2 to 60 pounds in a safe and efficient manner.
+ Use shipping software systems for FedEx and UPS to generate labels and complete shipments accurately.
+ Load completed shipments onto designated carrier trucks according to schedule and instructions.
+ Ensure all orders received before 4:00 PM are prepared and shipped the same day in line with service level agreements.
