**Job Summary:**
The Packer position supports operations by safely feeding material into machines, inspecting products for defects, and packing finished goods in the correct configuration. This role is integral to ensuring product quality and keeping workflows efficient in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**

+ Perform quality checks and ensure correct product counts before packing into appropriate packaging
+ Make minor machine adjustments to minimize interruptions and ensure product quality
+ Replace adhesive tape in hand-operated tapers and automatic sealing machinery
+ Ensure all finished goods or work-in-progress identification labels are present and correctly positioned
+ Stack finished products in proper configurations, ready for transportation
+ Maintain good housekeeping by keeping work areas clean, safe, and organized...
