Summary

The Administrative Assistant - Packaging & Design supports the Sr Manager and Managers of Brand and Packaging as the team works on the mission of delivering private label packaging to Lidl US stores. In this fast-paced and dynamic area of our business, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for being highly organized, extremely detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to handle multiple sources of information. 

What You’ll Do


Essential Functions

  • Provide administrative support to the Sr Manager and Managers of Brand and Packaging and their teams
  • Assist with gathering design and production assets for multiple teams and projects 
  • Maintain calendars and schedule meetings for multiple teams 
  • Handle, respond to, and direct incoming correspondence and requests in a timely manner 
  • Perform artwork and production content checks
