The Packaging Service Technician II's primary role is to provide accurate and effective on-site service support at customer locations, operating autonomously to troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and restore equipment uptime across a range of packaging platforms.

Key Accountabilities:

1. Travel to customers locations to provide coordinated installations and efficiently troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair across a broad range of mechanical and electromechanical packaging equipment, including specialized components common across platforms (pneumatics, sensors, drives, controls).
