Packaging & Product Testing Manager

The Opportunity

At Puig, we are looking for a Packaging & Product Testing Manager to lead a key technical area supporting product development, quality, and launch readiness across our product portfolio. 

In this role, you will coordinate packaging and product testing activities across Fragrance, Skincare, Make Up and Home, ensuring that new developments are assessed with the right level of technical rigor, consistency and reliability.

You will work closely development teams, anticipating risks in strategic launches and support fact-based technical decisions. 

This is an opportunity for a technically strong and people-oriented professional who enjoys working in a cross-functional environment, leading a team, solving technical challenges and continuously improving testing practices, workflows and ways of working.
