**What You’ll Do**

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our production process—turning bulk materials into finished, ready-to-ship products. Your day will include:

+ Working from shop orders to package products in the correct size, type, and quantity
+ Setting up and operating basic filling equipment with guidance
+ Measuring and filling containers accurately to meet customer specifications
+ Performing quality checks to ensure consistency and product standards
+ Safely handling raw materials and finished goods
+ Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace
+ Using hand tools and equipment for setup and light adjustments
+ Monitoring equipment performance and reporting any concerns
+ Collaborating with team members to meet production and delivery goals
