We’re looking for a strategic and influential International Packaging Manager to lead packaging across our International business — shaping the future of our brands through sustainability, innovation, and regulatory leadership .

This is a high-impact, global role at the forefront of one of the most critical topics in FMCG: packaging transformation . You’ll lead our approach to evolving regulations such as PPWR, drive sustainable packaging solutions at scale, and build the capabilities needed to deliver competitive, compliant, and consumer‑centric packaging across markets.

Working across R&D, Sustainability, Supply Chain, Sourcing, and Brand teams — as well as external partners and industry bodies — you’ll play a key role in ensuring our packaging strategy supports both business growth and environmental ambition .
