Packaging Manager

Job Purpose

The Packaging Manager will be responsible for driving Existing Product Development (EPD) initiatives with a strong focus on cost optimization, packaging re-engineering, and vendor development, while also supporting New Product Development (NPD) by developing innovative, functional, and market-appropriate packaging solutions.

The role requires close coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure packaging meets cost, quality, operational, shelf-life, regulatory, and branding requirements for both domestic and export markets.
