Packaging Manager

Job Description :

• Manage the production line, ensure products are supplied for sales team properly in terms of quantity, cost and quality
• Control the production activities, perform trouble shooting and equipment-breakdown maintenance.
• Ensure the effective operation of all maintenance functions, to install and maintain equipment as appropriate
• Propose and execute action plans to improve production process with high capacity and balance time for all process in production
• Support assigned maintenance, engineering and operating personnel with technical and supervisory assistance regarding equipment and facility repairs.
• Provide direction, training and a safe work environment to production and engineering teams
• Ensure that the plant meets all requirements and that the facility is in an audit ready mode
