Overview The Packaging Manager will lead a cross‐functional team of 7 engineers and buyers, responsible for managing our packaging solutions across North, Central, and South America.
This role oversees an annual budget of approximately $50 million.
The team designs and manages both expendable and returnable packaging solutions.
The primary objective is to minimize packaging costs while ensuring the quality and integrity of our products.

Oversee the design, optimization, and implementation of packaging solutions.
Conduct commercial negotiations and manage contracts with packaging vendors.
