**Packaging Lead Person – Ashburn, GA**
This is an non-exempt level position.
Initial schedule will be 4 on 2 off rotating with no Sundays. Eventually will move to 7 days a week rotating all 4 shifts and will include $1.50 more an hour shift differential. Must have open availability.
**Position Summary:**
+ Coachable, Motivated individual with Initiative to continuously improve
+ Under limited supervision, lead a group colleagues to accomplish tasks in the Packaging Department.
