Packaging Engineer

+ Work collaboratively within Packaging team and internal extended functional groups as well as external manufacturing sites and supplier partners. Project meetings are frequent.
+ Make recommendations to ensure the product is protected and the package delivers on its form, fit, and function, considering cost, manufacturability, and consumer and customer preferences.
+ Apply good design understanding including dimensional interface and tolerances from part drawings and all other aspects of the package through commercialization.
+ Have working knowledge of household product compatibility with different materials to determine approach on packaging evaluations and validations and arrange both in-house and/or third-party testing.
+ Manage projects related to innovation, productivity, sustainability, quality, e-commerce, and displays and manage detailed documentation.
+ Attend External Manufacturing locations for plant trials to validate and troubleshoot packaging when neede...
