Packaging Development Engineer

Position Title: Packaging Development EngineerLocation: Cuernavaca, Morelos, Mexico.Category: personal care or consumer industries.Job Type: Full-time(Onsite), 1 year possibility of extension.Job Description- Manage and execute packaging innovation and productivity projects- Manage Innovation Project from concept through commercialization and retail shelves- Work with internal customers to commercialize packaging designs and concepts- Represent packaging in cross functional team meetings to develop and implement new packaging and packaging changes to realize cost savings- Conduct line trials- Conduct lab testing- Develop packaging specificationsCandidate Requirements- Graduate or Engineering in Packaging or related field.
- 1-3 years experience in Packaging R&D for CPG, Consumer products, personal care or related industries- Good communication skills both oral and written in Spanish & English.
