**Job Title: Packager**

**Job Summary**

Responsible for staging ingredients, operating packaging equipment, and ensuring products meet quality, sanitation, and GMP standards in a food manufacturing environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Stage and blend ingredients according to approved formulas and procedures
+ Operate and monitor powder, liquid, and culture packaging equipment
+ Perform equipment setup, operation, shutdown, and routine checks
+ Complete quality checks including screens, metal detectors, and documentation
+ Clean and sanitize equipment per established sanitation guidelines
+ Follow all GMP, safety, and food quality requirements
+ Support production flow through material handling and packaging tasks

**Required Experience & Skills**

+ Prior experience in food manufacturing or manufacturing/production environments
+ Ability to stand for extended (12-hour) shifts
