**Job Description**
The Packager carefully prepares, folds, and organizes t-shirts for shipment, ensuring all items meet quality standards and are properly handled in a clean, climate-controlled environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Fold t-shirts neatly and consistently according to established standards.
+ Remove tags from t-shirts accurately and efficiently while preserving garment quality.
+ Organize t-shirts by size, style, or order requirements to support smooth production and packing workflows.
+ Perform packaging tasks, including preparing items for shipment and ensuring correct quantities and labeling.
+ Support production and packing activities as needed to meet daily output goals.
+ Inspect t-shirts for defects, damage, or inconsistencies and separate items that do not meet quality standards.
+ Maintain a clean and orderly work area, following cleanroom and facility guidelines.
