Job Title: Packager
Location: Houston, TX 77003
Work Schedule: Mon - Fri, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
Pay rate: USD $ 18.00
Contract: Temp to hire

Position Summary:
Operate and monitor packaging processes and equipment in a dynamic, complex chemical manufacturing environment. Responsible for plant safety, compliance, quality, and productivity standards with hands-on duties in material handling, packaging, documentation, and emergency response.

Key Qualifications:


+ Strong English reading, math, and technical skills
+ Ability to qualify on various processes/equipment
+ 1–2 years manufacturing experience, preferably in the chemical industry
+ 1+ year forklift driving experience
+ Ability to read and interpret safety rules, formulas, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
+ Effective verbal and written communication
+ Physically able to lift/move up to 75 lbs (with assistance)
