The Pack-Out Lead will work with the Plant Manager to meet production schedules. This position pays a range of $18 to $19 per hour, based on experience.

• Train, Coach and Develop Pack-Out Team. 
• Confirm that the production lines are supplied with Raw-Materials to meet production needs.
