P2P Tower Lead

JOB OVERVIEW

As the P2P Tower Lead in our Shared Service Centre, you will oversee and manage the entire procure-to-pay process, lead a team of P2P specialists, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient procurement operations.

RESPONIBILITIES

• Oversight of team performance and SLA adherence
• Monitoring and improvement of processes, providing guidance for transactional concerns
• Analyzing and developing corrective action plans and managing internal controls
• Ensuring delivery of financial reports, regulatory compliance, and management of audits
• Providing guidance and assessment of team members, conducting coaching and performance reviews
• Collaborating with various teams, acting as key escalation point, and facilitating business continuity plans
• Hiring, training, and development of staff to maintain a high-performance culture
