This is a key role responsible for overseeing crewing standards, performance and strategy across the Philippines, acting as the owner's representative on the ground.

The Role

You will ensure that global crewing standards are consistently delivered through the local manning partner, while providing market insight and driving continuous improvement.

Key areas include:

• Overseeing and managing the performance of the appointed crewing agent
• Providing market intelligence on salaries, contracts and crew availability
