Job Description

Position Summary:
 Special education teachers must be able to provide specialized instruction across settings including: consultant teacher, resource room, integrated co-teaching and special class. They must be able to support students with a variety of educational disabilities in any school setting. They must be able to work collaboratively with teachers, service providers, support staff, administrators, students and their families to design instruction and provide accommodations for all students to be able to access the standards and meet their goals

Responsibilities: Provides research-based specialized instruction to address the instructional goals (and objectives) contained within each student's Individualized Educational Program (IEP) in a variety of settings.
