Hotel Equities, a multi-award-winning hotel development and hospitality management company, is currently searching for a remarkable Overnight Supervisor for Postcard Cabins Eastern Catskills in Catskill, NY.

Job Purpose:

• Supervising and overseeing the overnight operations of multiple Outpost locations from a single primary Outpost property
• Process daily audit procedure and pull daily audit reports
• Audit and reconcile all revenue postings within Opera
• Respond promptly to any property emergency situations, contacting Assistant General Manager and General Manager as appropriately needed
• Validate guest check-in & check out reservations, verifying all arrivals
• Respond to inquiries from guests in a timely manner via Oracle, GXP, KIPSU, third-party booking platforms, and phone calls from our dedicated Bookings Line
