Overnight Sanitation Associate

JOB TITLE:

• Sanitation Associate DEPARTMENT: Sanitation DIRECT SUPERVISOR: Sanitation Lead DEPARTMENT MANAGER: QA Director BACKUP PERSONNEL: Sanitation Supervisor/Other Sanitation Associate GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION: Sanitation Associate schedule is 8PM to 4:30AM, with occasional overtime and weekends.


• Flexibility is required.
• Sanitation Associate is responsible for the cleaning and sanitizing of equipment in compliance with company policies related to good manufacturing practices (GMP’S), Food Safety and Human Safety.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Required to work in wet environment with exposure to cleaning chemicals Clean and sanitize equipment and utensils daily Clean other production, warehouse, cooler and freezer areas, as needed Follows and records daily, weekly, and quarterly Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS) Follows relevant Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP’s) Follows food s...
