**Job Description**

The Oven Operator sets up and operates industrial ovens and related equipment to cure composite materials, ensuring precise temperature and time control while following detailed, computer-based work instructions. This role involves handling large parts, preparing and layering composite materials, and using CNC machines and cutting tables to support high-quality production in a clean, climate-controlled environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Use oven computer controls to set and monitor heat and time parameters for curing composite materials.
+ Move large parts safely in and out of industrial ovens and autoclaves, following proper handling procedures.
+ Layer fibers, fabrics, epoxies, and glues in and on molds and tools according to detailed work instructions.
+ Assemble and disassemble molds and tools to support various production runs and configurations.
