Job Description
Become a Lead Practitioner of Maths in a highly-acclaimed Secondary School in Redbridge, starting September 2026. This full-time role enriches student learning and attainment in Maths.
You will collaborate with a dedicated Head of Department to improve standards across KS3 and KS4, with optional KS5 teaching. Work with the Senior Leadership Team to implement curriculum changes. Your enthusiasm for Maths will not only inspire students but also motivate colleagues to achieve excellence in their teaching.
Key Responsibilities:
• Improve learning quality and standards across KS3–KS4
• Collaborate with the Head of Department effectively
• Lead Maths classes with passion and conviction
• Contribute to curriculum design alongside leadership
Requirements:
• Record of outstanding teaching performance
• Strong passion for Maths education
• UK QTS is a must
• Recent observations graded as Outstanding or Good
