Job Description

The Team: 
The position forms part of our Outsourced Trading Desk Continuity and Client Services Teams, which functions as the primary point of contact to clients in relation to onboarding, integrations, connectivity, trade settlements and operations. The team currently comprises  people, exclusively in the US, and we are keen to hire an additional Continuity and Client Service Representative in Hong Kong in response to our continued growth in the US, and across APAC and Europe. 

The Role: 

The focus of this role will be to support clients across our Outsourced Trading Desks. 

Key Responsibilities related to Continuity:
Responsible for coordinating new client onboardings for APAC based clients, third party OMS integrations for clients, setting up executing broker relationships for the desk, and managing client commission schedules & broker wallets
