Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years outside sales experience, preferably in manufactured or industrial products with a proven track record of growth and attainment of sales goals. Over 10 years selling experience is ideal. Bachelor’s Degree or comparable is preferred. Prior experience which displays skills of self-motivation and ability to operate autonomously. Strong work ethic to succeed and meet deadlines. Excellent negotiation and decision making skills. Extroverted personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to quickly develop solid relationships with customers. Strong organizational skills, with ability to multi-task, problem solve, prioritize and manage multiple goals and requirements.
