Outreach Worker - Bristol

We are currently recruiting for an Outreach Worker to work within a street-based outreach service in the Bristol area, supporting individuals experiencing homelessness.

Role Details

Location: Bristol
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Pay Rate: £15.95 per hour HP

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial street-based assessments for new rough sleepers and ongoing casework
• Plan and organise outreach shifts using referral and mapping data
• Support clients into accommodation and relevant services via the Pathway
• Organise annual street counts and map hotspot areas
• Attend multi‑agency meetings and liaise with partner organisations
• Support access to accommodation, health services, housing advice, and day centres
• Lead crisis intervention work alongside the Team Manager
• Contribute to service development in line with strategies such as No Second Night Out
