We’re hiring a Virtual Assistant for Cold Calling and Client Outreach to support real estate operations. This role focuses on outbound calls, lead follow-ups, and CRM management, and is ideal for someone confident on the phone, detail-oriented, and familiar with real estate workflows.

• Conduct outbound cold calls and follow up with leads
• Manage and update leads in Follow Up Boss (CRM)
• Maintain accurate notes and call outcomes
• Support outreach campaigns and contact organisation
• Assist with simple visuals or materials using Canva
• Follow and help improve SOPs for outreach and lead management

• Experience with Follow Up Boss (required)
