Job Summary
Come and join us as an Outreach recovery practitioner working in the borough of Kingston upon Thames.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to support the homeless population into treatment to address drug and alcohol needs. You will be:
engaging with vulnerable individuals who are or may be at risk of homelessness and have experienced housing challenges, with substance misuse, alcohol, and mental health difficulties as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
making positive changes in peoples’ lives, through a non-judgmental, recovery-based approach that values the strengths and choices of those individuals.
The Service
