APTIM’s Energy Transition team is seeking a dynamic and personable **Outreach Specialist** in support of Wisconsin’s Focus on Energy program including both utility energy efficiency and renewable energy programs and the IRA Home Energy Rebate programs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a public-facing environment, enjoys travel, and is passionate about energy, sustainability, and community engagement.

As a key member of the Stakeholder Engagement team, the **Outreach Specialist** will represent Focus on Energy at community events across Wisconsin – educating residents and businesses about energy-saving programs and incentives and rebates. This position will also support and grow the Focus on Energy’s expanding relationships and work with community-based organizations to reach underserved customers in Wisconsin.
