(Outram/ Bedok/ Marine Parade) 1 Year Contract Patient Service Associate (Min N Level) - $2500 #HJCT

• Weekday: 6:30 am to 7:00 pm (Only need to work 8 hours a day on weekday – Need to follow the roster planned by supervisor)
• Every Sat: 6:30 am to 1:00 pm (Only need to work 4 hours on Sat – Need to follow the roster planned by supervisor)
• 44 hours per work week

• Greet and register patients
• Coordinate specialists' consultation referrals
• Handle payments and respond to patient enquiries in a courteous and professional manner
• Manage patient concerns, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary
• Communicate effectively with patients to provide a high level of customer service
• Will be stationed at Health monitoring station based on roster. Involved in taking height / weight and blood pressure for patients at Health monitoring station
