**OUTPATIENT PHARMACY TECH**

**SUMMARY:**

The Pharmacy Technician assists Pharmacists in pharmaceutical preparation, distribution and the record keeping functions in the delivery of pharmaceutical supplies to patients of all ages in accordance with department policies and procedures.

**REQUIREMENTS:**

+ Must be a licensed Pharmacy Technician with the Idaho State Board of Pharmacy
+ National Certification (CPhT, ExCPT or equivalent) preferred with under 2 years’ experience.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO:**
