As a Full Time Outpatient Physician, you'll provide care to client employees and their dependents ages 2 and older at the located in Columbus, IN. 
*Sign On Bonus available*
The scheduled hours are 4 10 hour days per week, 7AM-6PM Monday-Thursday, 8AM-7PM Friday. One Saturday rotation 8AM-12PM every 6 weeks.
