**SUMMARY OF POSITION:**

Responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, and daily operations of the Penn State Health- Hershey Outpatient Surgery Center Ambulatory Surgical Center (HOSC) . This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, safe, and cost-effective surgical care while maintaining compliance with all federal, state, and accrediting body regulations. Works collaboratively with physicians, clinical staff, and business operations to promote clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and outstanding patient satisfaction.
