Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall management of outlet retail operations and sales activities
• Provide an excellent customer service and address any queries and complaints
• Drive monthly sales target and ensure good outlet performance
• Manage the (Order, receive, monitor) inventory stocks and stock management
• Manage facility and safety and security of the outlet and team
• Manage stock (ordering of stocks, sufficient stock, stock take and etc.)
• Ensure that the daily sales are accurately deposited
• Manage the merchandise display in the outlet
