Outlet Supervisor (Ice Cream)- RB (ID: 7829) Industry Food & Beverage/Catering/Restaurant Specialization Food/Beverage/Restaurant Position Level Junior Working Hours 44 Hours (6Days) Responsibilities * Lead daily outlet operations, aligning with company values, brand culture, and service standards.
* Monitor and anticipate customer needs to ensure an excellent customer experience and prompt resolution of issues.
* Ensure compliance with all operating procedures.
* Supervise and ensure accurate daily sales reporting and timely banking of sales takings.
