Looking for an exciting Food & Beverage Manager role in a beautiful slope side hotel? Sun Peaks Grand seeks a seasoned candidate to join our existing team. As a successful candidate, you should be an excellent communicator and passionate about food, drinks, wine, and service. You will manage the front-of-house team and work with the culinary team to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manages the Food & Beverage operations and ensures that the established SPG Standards of Service are executed professionally and consistently.
• Takes note of opportunities to improve processes and remove barriers that weaken the guest experience.
• Oversees the guest resolution using established SPG Standards of Service.
• Interacts with guests throughout their dining experience with a focus on delivering an elevated experience.
• Drives customer loyalty by building individual connections with guests.
