Become an integral part of our team as a Groundskeeper focused on outdoor property maintenance. This live-out position requires commitment to cleanliness and presentation across various sites.
Reporting directly to the Property Manager, your role will focus on ensuring all aspects of curb appeal and safety are maintained throughout different locations. Your work will include routine cleaning, landscaping tasks, and light maintenance, contributing to a pleasant environment for all.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough groundskeeping and maintenance tasks
• Water plants and manage irrigation systems in summer
• Remove debris and waste from grounds
• Assist in snow and leaf removal tasks seasonally
• Operate landscaping equipment and ensure its upkeep
Requirements:
