Are you looking for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity? Ayers Rock Resort is searching for an Outdoor Dining Shift Leader to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.

A passionate hospitality leader who will maintain the highest level of guest satisfaction in the provision of Food & Beverage services whilst contributing to effective hotel operations whilst mentoring and guiding new Food & Beverage recruits.   

You will require a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) to work in this role.

Key Duties:

• Assist the Food & Beverage department in its daily operational requirements
• Supervise the department in the absence of the Food & Beverage Supervisors
• Complete all duties in line with SOP and train junior staff in SOP
