Outbound Telemarketer

We are looking for motivated and confident Outbound Telemarketers to join our growing call center team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and be comfortable making outbound calls to potential customers.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Introduce company services and generate interest.
• Verify customer information and qualify prospects.
• Schedule callbacks and transfer qualified leads when required.
• Maintain accurate call records and CRM notes.
• Meet daily and weekly performance targets.

Requirements

• Good English communication skills.
• Previous call center experience is a plus but not mandatory.
