Arvato is currently seeking an Outbound Shipping Clerk (2nd shift) who possesses a keen eye for detail, excels in communication, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment. As part of our team, you'll not only contribute to the efficiency of our operations but also have the opportunity to work with cutting‑edge warehouse equipment and collaborate with various teams across the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare outbound orders and necessary paperwork associated with each, i.e., BOLs, delivery manifests, yard management documents
• Effectively communicate with different delivery carriers, work directly with the supervisor, and lead in this department while also communicating with our service delivery and trade teams
• Enter data into a warehouse management system and file documents and forms
• Occasionally work on the warehouse floor with warehouse equipment operators
