Outbound Selector

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a permanent full-time Order Selector on night shift, you will be required to ship on average of 1,600 cases per shift, with each case weighing an average of 25 pounds, up to a maximum of 70 pounds. Warehouse environments fluctuate between Dry, Cooler, and Freezer temperatures. Starting hourly wage is $28.41 ($28.41 per hour plus $1.00 per hour night shift premium) and an additional $1.00 per hour freezer premium if working in that area. The hourly wage then increases to $29.52 per hour (plus premiums) after 6 months and then to $32.86 (plus premiums) after one full year in the role. Additional hourly rate increases occur each year.

Shift starts are between 5:00pm and 6:00pm, with 4 shifts per week occurring from Sunday to Friday. Each shift is up to 12 hours with overtime as required by work volume.
