Outbound & Lead Generation Specialist

Job description:

Status: Full-Time | 40 hrs/week | Monday–Friday, EST | Remote

Reports To: Business Development Manager

Pay: $8.50 - $9.50 per hour

POSITION SUMMARY

We're looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to drive business growth by identifying and qualifying prospective partners in the luxury home and design industry. You'll handle outbound prospecting and cold outreach targeting interior designers, architects, luxury home builders, custom closet companies, and luxury retailers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Research and build prospect lists using LinkedIn, design directories, and industry associations
• Make a minimum of 50 cold calls/day and run multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn)
• Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls for the sales team
