Outbound Dock Supervisor (shift hours 4pm - 1am)

Position Summary

We are currently seeking a dedicated Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in freight/dock operations and possess strong leadership skills to oversee daily activities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

Manage and supervise staff to ensure efficient operations

Coordinate and prioritize workflow to meet operational demands

Train, mentor, and motivate team members to enhance performance

Monitor inventory levels and oversee materials handling processes

Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory tracking

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Oversee shipping and receiving activities, including 3PL coordination
