Outbound Call Center Executive

Job Description
We are urgently seeking Outbound Call Center Executives with call center or telesales experience for our Rawalpindi office.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers
Convert leads into confirmed enrollments
Follow up with interested prospects
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding
Requirements:
2–4 years of sales experience in a call center environment
Strong communication and closing skills
Fluent in English and Urdu
Target-driven and results-oriented mindset
Bachelor’s degree
What We Offer:
Basic salary: PKR 50,000 – 90,000
