Out of Hours Recruitment Consultant

We are a leader in medical staffing across the UK, we’re looking for energetic and results-oriented professionals to join our Out-of-Hours team. You will ensure seamless shift coverage and strong nurse engagement during evenings, nights, and weekends.
Role OverviewThis office-based role is an extension of the daytime team, focused on sourcing and booking compliant nurses for urgent shifts. You will combine sales, rapid response, and relationship building to deliver excellent service outside normal business hours.
Shift Pattern Mon to Fri - 3 weekday evenings : 4pm – Midnight Weekends - Sat and Sun: 12pm – Midnight OR 7am – 7pm Key Responsibilities Respond immediately to shift requests and book compliant nurses Provide prompt chat responses and proactive candidate outreach Confirm nurse availability and reactivate dormant candidates Deliver end-of-shif...Ready to Apply?
